Properties
Mr. Maurer is very stingy, but very fair to end customers in order to maintain a good reputation. The low commission shares in real estate brokerage, which he gives out to his partners, serve to make sales easier.
Cooperations / Commissions
Always make clear agreements in writing. As soon as commissions flow, Mr. Thorsten Maurer tends to become intransparent. You should always make an agreement that you are fully informed about the flow of money.
Commissions are structured differently. We have heard of fixed rates, which were in the range of 250, - EUR for a mediated property. But there are also agreements in the range of 0,5 to 1 %. As a reason to the low commissions costs are advanced. In reality, however, Mr. Maurer is supposed to draw the full 5.8% and procure further commissions through equity for the customers, so that they get a financing through(criminal act?).
When cooperating, be aware that you may be jointly liable and check the procedure of the company Thorsten Maurer very carefully!
Transparency
Mr Maurer does not present any of his business processes. Cooperation partners do not receive a statement of accounts and also no evidence of how, when and in what amount money was received.
Mr. Maurer supports buyers with credit fraud. His business partner Thomas Ahlbach provides capital to customers who lack proof of equity capital in order to be able to prove equity capital in the bank's self-disclosure. After the proof the money must be transferred back again. For this capital service likewise commissions are retained, which are withheld from the selling partners.

Special features
Mr. Maurer makes a very solid impression and shows himself to be very structured at the beginning of a business partnership.
However, this wears off quickly and shows itself in (allegedly health-related) "absences" as well as in frequent postponements of appointments over time. Upon hearing/saying, people from his personal work environment report that alcohol problems could possibly be responsible for this. Mr. Maurer avoids alcohol quite conspicuously, but when consumed, indulgence to the point of total failure is noticeable.
NLP Coaching
Mr. Thorsten Maurer cannot talk "privately" with people. Mr. Maurer practices on all interlocutors, his acquired coching skills and recklessly trains his NLP skills. Even if several times the wish is expressed to refrain from this, Mr. Maurer does not get out of this mode. This can be very exhausting in the course of time.

You can quickly see this in the individual events. Here the products do not stand in the foreground, but that one can generate oneself an income, if one sells its own friends and acquaintance, the products of Hajoona (however as continuing obligation, not as single product sales).
It is a system which is based on a snowball system / Ponzi system. Percentage wise only small quantities are sold to pure customers. The sellers are their own customers in the system and the payment builds up in a pyramid system.
The events are similar to a religious event. To these events the members have to appear and have to bring further visitors if possible. The distributors themselves and the brought guests MUST pay an entrance fee (10 to 50 € per person).
The products are very good, are priced several times higher than comparable products.

Green coffee from Hajoona: 0,31 € per gram / 225g for 70,- €
This is understandable because in the pyramid-like commission concept, a long chain of distributors receives payouts. The most unsuccessful distributor in fact pays the salaries of those above him....
The purchase of the products runs in continuing obligation contracts.
What to consider in a cooperation
Make sure you have firm written agreements. Mr. Maurer is known for subsequently denying everything or not knowing anything about it.
There have already been several problems with business partners here. It was not without reason that Mr. Maurer had the ground floor of his house fitted with bulletproof glass.
The best relationship with the neighbours does not exist either. One of his neighbours has poisoned Mr Maurer's dog.

Refusal of settlements on real estate sales
We are aware and will gladly disclose upon request that at least four companies have been denied settlements and thus at least 40,000 EUR in commission claims of Mr. Thorsten Maurer against these companies are denied.
Furthermore, address material is used, which was stolen from a cooperation partner. Through this address material and the created contacts of the below mentioned companies, Mr. Thorsten Maurer was able to use capital for his new collection of companies. Assets, which Thorsten Maurer has earned by embezzlement.
Currently, the company is preparing a legal dispute with a lawyer.
